Cat Care
All visits include feeding, fresh water, litter clean, health check and lots of cat cuddles.
1 Cat – $22 per visit
2 Cats- $28 per visit
More than 2 cats add an extra $3/ kitty

Dog Care
All visits include feeding, fresh water, poop scoop, health check, play and lots of love and attention.
1 Dog- $25 per visit
2 Dogs – $33 per visit
More than 2 dogs extra $5 per dog.
Add on services: While we spend time with your dogs during our visits if you would like them walked we can offer a discounted rate: 1/2 hour dog walk @ $20

Dog Walking
– 1/2 hour dog walk from your premises $28
– 45 min dog walk from your premises $42
– 1 hour dog walk from your premises $55
– If you have 2 dogs there is an extra charge of $10
Please note we do not walk dogs when the temperature is 30 degrees or over, the walk will be rescheduled or postponed. We do not walk in severe weather such as heavy rain or thunderstorms.
We do not walk dogs together that are not from the same household and we do not let dogs off leash.
If walks are requested in a location other than from the dog’s residence there is a minimum $5 fee each way to pick up and drop off.
Weekend rate :
– 1/2 hour dog walk from your premises $33
– 45min dog walk from your premises $48
– 1 hour dog walk from your premises $60
– If you have 2 dogs there is an extra charge of $10
Pocket Pets (Rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, birds, etc.)
Visits include feeding & fresh water.
1 cage of pocket pets- 1 visit daily @ $22
Extra cages $3 per cage
Cage cleans start at $10
Horse Care
Basic Care –
$35 per visit for up to 2 horses – Hay, hard feed, water topped, fly veils & health check.
Additional horses @ $10 per horse
Extra services –
Rugging @ $2.50 per rug per horse
Grooming @ $25 / horse includes: body brush, mane and tail brush out, eyes wiped, feet picked out.
Manure collection @ $55 per hour
Specialised care – Boots, restricted grazing, soaking hay – POA
Chicken Care (includes Ducks & Geese)
Feed topped, water checked and topped, eggs collected, letting poultry in and out @ $22 per visit
PLEASE NOTE: our hours are 7AM – 7PM in warmer months and 7:30 – 5:30 in the cooler months – if we are required outside of these hours to lock poultry away there is an out of hours fee of $10/visit.
Stock (includes Cattle, Goats, Sheep, Alpacas)
Head count, hay/pellets & troughs START at $25 per visit.
Pet Transport
We understand that sometimes you cannot drop everything to take your pet to the vet or groomer or be home while a vet attends your premises.
We can help you by transporting your pet safely and securely to your vet, attend the consultation and safely return your pet home. If you have large animals we can be in attendance while a vet attends your property.
Pricing starts at $28/ half hour
Our service radius is 15km from either our Allans Flat HQ or our North Albury HQ, if we are required to travel outside this radius a fee of 0.75c per kilometre will be applied.
Garden and plant watering Service
Don’t leave your gardens and pots in the hands of mother nature while you are away- we can help with watering indoor plants, outdoor plants and gardens.
Up to 15 minutes @ $20
Up to 1/2 hour @ $33
Up to 45 minutes @ $42
Up to 1 hour @ $55
All our services include complimentary mail collection, security check of your premises and kerb side rubbish collection.
Consultations
Consultations are a very important part of the care process, during this time we get to know you and your pet(s). We take the time to go through their care routine, their health history and you get to see how we interact with your precious pets to make sure we are a good match.
This process can take up to 45 minutes depending on the complexity and the number of pets.
All Pet Care Consultations have a fee of $25 for 1/2 hour or $35 for 45 minutes. This fee is due before or at the time of the consultation.
If we are required to make a return visit to collect keys there is a $25 fee.
The travel fee applies to consultation locations that are outside our 15km service area.
Work Hours & Miscellaneous Information:
Our carers work from 7am – 7pm Monday – Sunday in the warm months and 7:30am – 5:30pm in the colder months, if we are required outside these hours a $10/visit fee will be applied.
All National and State Public Holidays incur a $10/visit fee on top of the regular daily rate.
Christmas and New Year (25th December through to and including January 1st) and Easter (Good Friday through to and including Easter Monday) are charged out at a higher rate.
Our service area is 15km from The Good Neighbour HQ in Allans Flat and North Albury if we are required to travel outside this area a fee of 0.75c per kilometre will be added to the daily rate.

Gift Certificates:
For that person who has everything OR the person that says they can never get away because of the pets.
We have the solution a Gift Certificate for Pet Care.
Simply send us an email at leanne@thegoodneighbour.com.au with the amount you would like to spend, who the Gift Certificate is for, their email and contact info and we will do the rest. We can email directly to the recipient or we can email to you. Simple!
We will email you an invoice and once we receive payment we will have that Gift Certificate ready to go.
Please note: the gift certificate recipient must be located within our service area (15km from Allans Flat or North Albury).
