Our Pledge To You

Helping pets in need is very important to us at Charlie & Co, we pledge that $1 from every box sold will be donated to an animal welfare/rescue organisation every 3 months. Our partner businesses will have the privilege of choosing a different organisation to receive our donation. To start us off we will be donating to Dunroamin Animal Rescue. Why Choose Charlie & Co Pet Boxes?

We LOVE dogs and we know that you do too. Our dogs are part of our family and we love to spoil them with beautiful quality products. We have handpicked our business partners to bring you a range of treats, pet wear, grooming products and toys that are all made with love. We are so proud of our boxes and we are sure you will love them too.

What if I have more than one BFF?

Awesome! We think you can never have enough doggy love.

We can upgrade you to our Family box, which will have extra of the good stuff for your fur family or you can totally spoil your pooches with a box each- we can offer you a special price for 2 or more boxes. To chat with us about your requirements email us at leanne@thegoodneighbour.com.au

How does the subscription plan work?

Easy! Each month you will receive a new box of awesome products for your BFF. We do our best to add variety so you are not receiving the same products month to month. When you sign up to our subscription box it will automatically be sent to you on the 15th of each month. If you choose not to receive your box please email leanne@thegoodneighbour.com.au prior to payment processing on the 10th of the month.

Can I change what's in a box?

Our boxes are all carefully planned for variety, seasons and age & stage of life. We can change/remove treats or grooming products if there are dietry or skin allergy issues- please advise of these in the introduction to your BFF section.

When will my Charlie & Co Box be sent?

Your first box will be sent the day you sign up for your Charlie & Co Pet Box- no-one wants to wait.  After your first box your payment will be processed on the 10th of each month and your box will be shipped on the 15th of each month.

What if my Charlie & Co Pet Box doesn't arrive?

We work very closely with Australia Post to provide you with a seamless service. If your box doesn’t arrive please check your tracking email for the link which provides your box’s shipping status. If the issue cannot be resolved email us at leanne@thegoodneighbour.com.au and we will discuss options so you don’t miss out.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to high volumes in the postal system there may be some unexpected delivery delays.

(Cancellation Policy) What if I want to cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time by emailing us at leanne@thegoodneighbour.com.au prior to the 10th of the month or that months box will be shipped as usual.

(Return Policy) What if I need to return a box?

We do our best to make sure your Charlie & Co Pet Box arrives in perfect condition, however if something is damaged in transit please send us an email at leanne@thegoodneighbour.com.au to let us know – be sure to attach photos.We’ll send you a return label  to post the box back to us and then we can either send you another box or refund the price of the box.

In order to use the Charlie & Co online payment service, we may require information from you. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Charlie & Co is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website or online payment service.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from Charlie & Co customers is required in order to provide you with our online payment service, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our online payment service, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
