“First class care is what my fur kids always receive from Leanne and her team.

I’ve been using Leanne’s service for over 3 years now on a regular basis, and I have found her to always be very professional, kind, caring, understanding, flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and she takes care of all my fur kids ( 3 dogs, 2 cats & a goat) as if they were her own.

She shows a natural affinity with animals, and my fur kids always receive loads of love and attention from her on her daily visit. Instructions are always followed, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Leanne always provides an update and photos at each visit which provides me with a great sense of relief, especially since one of my dogs suffers with epilepsy, so requires specialist care which includes a daily regime of medication and monitoring, and I wouldn’t be able to go to work each day if I didn’t have Leanne to assist with administering his daily medication and popping in to check up on him.

Leanne is like part of the family, and my fur kids (which includes that crazy goat Luni aka Luna) have developed a very special bond with her.

Leanne visited our cat daily for a week. She is the consummate professional and offers an exceptional service. Our cat is a rescue cat and fairly new to our home. Leanne gave him daily love and brushes and peace of mind for us! Leanne noted all the little daily details for caring for our cat and nothing was too much trouble. We received video updates throughout the week and our cat was very happy. Leanne goes above and beyond - she even watered my sad looking indoor plants, collected mail and took the bin out! Leanne's service is better than "the good neighbour", it's the BEST neighbour ever! Highly recommend the service. Thank you Leanne.

Leanne is lovely to deal with, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Leanne and her team offer the most incredible customized in-home care of my animals. I have used them on a number of occasions to care for dogs, cats and horses. Every single element of the care is carefully detailed and documented. There are daily check ins and instant communication if anything is wrong. They are dedicated, professional and incredibly thorough and caring.It’s possible the animals get better care than I give them when in the Good Neighbour’s hands! It makes leaving them much, much easier.

Leanne (the Good Neighbour) is our lifesaver! We have just returned from a 4 week holiday and our dogs/chickens/alpacas/goats are all in glowing condition! All the mail is on the table, milk and eggs in the fridge and fresh bread! I encourage everyone to use the Good Neighbour - you can go away with total peace of mind.Thank you Leanne!
